User log-in and registration

• New Members: Sign up by selecting Feedback on the main menu to the left!
  Reasons:
      If you do not already have a website account, select the "Feedback" option on the main menu and request one. You will receive your user name and password via email. You will then be able to subscribe, pay your $20, and gain full access to all the website features.
